I started my printing career in a small two man print shop called Modern Law Forms. This was a shop that printed legal documents for courtrooms, bankruptcy filings and corporation filings. This shop did it all. From camera to negatives, plates, type setting, printing and collating. We had an AB Dick and a Chief 15 for litho offset that printed base stock, and a platen press that did the personalization.

From there I went to Deluxe check printers where I learned how to run 4-color web presses. After 15 years of running presses, I moved on to planning and purchasing. In 1994 I transferred to a new division of Deluxe, Printwise™ Ink. I had two roles here, customer service and ink blender/color matcher. It is in this role where I began to learn the ink business. In 1996 the Printwise™ division was acquired by SICPA Securink, who hired me to continue as Blending Site Manager for a Deluxe in-plant ink department/Blending center.

In 1998 I joined the SICPA sales team as a Regional Account Manager and eventually became Regional Sales Director. It was in these sales roles that I learned the security printing business. I retired from SICPA after 23 years in February of 2019. In May of 2020, I decided to come out of retirement and started Secure Print Technologies, LLC. In July of that same year I re-joined SICPA as a business management consultant through June of 2022. In January of 2023 I joined Nocopi Technologies as a business development consultant through June of 2023. I continue as distributor for the Doculus Lumus(r) forensic detection device and the TRM-C400 hand held microscope

My wife Gina and I have been married for 47 years and we have two adult daughters, Michelle & Kristen. We also have 5 grandchildren. Our daughters and grandchildren are our pride and joy.
